The five starter numbers

  • Revenue: how much money came in.
  • Costs: how much you spent to make those sales.
  • Profit: what is left after costs.
  • Leads or enquiries: how many people showed interest.
  • Conversion rate: how many leads became customers.

Once these are visible, you can set better monthly targets and decide what to fix first.
